Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP), is a brilliant up and coming sport with no limitation to age or fitness level. The boards themselves are like large surf boards – you can lie down and use your hands, kneel on them and paddle them like a canoe or stand up and show off with your 360 turns!
The Mega Board is an even larger board that can have a whole group on at the same time. It’s a great team building tool as it floats up to 8 adults or 10 kids. If you have a bigger group then no problem, we have plenty of ideas and games that keep everyone engaged even when they’re not on the board. There are lots of games to play on the individual boards as well as our Mega Board that keeps the whole group busy for your morning or afternoon activity.
You can rent the Mega board starting from 1 hour with our without an instructor. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and paddles for everyone are included in the rental price.
